We will commence with a review of your current procedures and identify any safety issues, hazards and gaps relevant to your business. Your consultant will then discuss possible safety solutions that could be effectively and efficiently implemented in your workplace. From these discussions, our consultant will develop the high-level documentation, policies, and procedures to allow your organisation to have an operational organisational health and safety program which, when properly operated, will result in the successful certification of the system under ISO 45001 or AS / NZS 4801.

Occupational Health and Safety Review
This phase includes:
- Assessment of gaps between your current processes and the requirements of the standard
- Identification and assessment of all hazards and relevant risks
- Use A risk assessment model to assess and prioritise OHS risks
- Establish safety objectives and targets
System Development
ISO Global consultants will develop an Occupational Health and Safety management system. This includes all high-level procedures required for certification under the AS/NZS 4801 standard. Management is given a draft copy of each of the procedures for review.
Implementation
During this phase:

We provide assistance with any issue, query or request you may have to assist you with implementing the system in your business.
Internal Audit
Before certification, an internal audit of the system is required. The internal audit will be conducted by ISO Global consultants to ensure the successful implementation of the safety management system. A detailed audit report will be provided.
Certification Audit
The OHS management system will be certified for conformance with AS/NZS 4801 by a third-party certifying body.
