Business Review and Gap Analysis
A Gap Analysis approach often proves an invaluable tool in determining business maturity and readiness for ISO 9001 certification. The methodology applied by ISO Global includes a review of your current business processes and identification of specific gaps against the ISO Standard.

ISO 9001 System Development
Quality assurance system will be developed by an experienced consultant who is also a Quality Auditor certified by RABQSA a JAS-ANZ (Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand) accredited body.
We develop your system based on the Gap analysis. This includes a quality system manual, procedures and related documentation. You will be able to review the system and provide us with feedback. We will change the system based on your feedback.
Upon your approval of the quality system, we commence developing your Business System Software. ISO Global Business System Software is a complete, self-sufficient operational software giving your employees easy access to everything they need to know to perform their job successfully: policies, procedures, forms, processes and job descriptions.
Implementation is the responsibility of the organisation, though we provide you with a clear explanation how to implement the system. We will help you understand the requirements of the ISO standard and its applicability and alignment with your organisational. We support you via email and telephone, or if you prefer, our consultants can come to your business.
Before certification, an internal audit of the system is required. An internal audit is a process of critical review of the business’ processes and its QMS. The internal audit can be done by you or by our consultants. If you do the internal audit, we will assist you with clear instructions. Our consultants review your audit to make sure the implementation was successful and offer you feedback.
External recognition of your achievement, including an independent and objective assessment of the management system against the requirements of the standard, is a vital ingredient in demonstrating to your internal and external stakeholders that there is a robust management system in place. The certification team will include experts that are aligned to your business requirements. Certification Audits are undertaken in a three-year cycle including an initial certification audit and subsequent periodic audits to verify that the integrity and effective operation of the system is maintained.
