Our consultants use a unique Business Diagnostic Questionnaire to effectively analyse and identify your business needs, then develop a customised ISO 9001 Quality Management System. This questionnaire reduces the need to have an ISO consultant spending time on site, thereby significantly reducing the cost of the ISO 9001 System.
We commence with reviewing your existing documentation and identifying your business needs. Our consultants then develop your business manual based on what you have and adding only what you need to meet the requirements of the Standard. In most cases, you will have to implement minor changes to your business to satisfy the Standard requirements. Our consultants will provide recommendations regarding actions you will need to take in order to comply with the ISO 9001 Standard and explain all options available to you.
