ISO Global started operating in 2003 with the mission of developing user friendly, easy to follow and cost-effective management systems that add value, rather than paperwork, to a business.
Drawing on our years of experience, we have developed a unique methodology for developing high quality, cost-effective management systems with minimal paperwork and no meaningless jargon. Our consultants work closely with clients to ensure successful implementation of their system and subsequent certification.
In recognition of its commitments to customers, the management of the company considers customer satisfaction and customer confidence in our services to be of the greatest importance. This is to ensure that the company maintains its viability in the marketplace.
Management has set quality objectives and these will be achieved by ensuring that all our operations and activities are carried out consistently, and are regularly monitored and recorded. To ensure this, the company has developed and implemented a Quality Management System that complies with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The Quality Management System is defined in documented management procedures, which provide clear standards and guidelines in all the appropriate areas of the company’s activities.
ISO Global management is committed to:
- Identifying and managing the risks to our business;
- Identifying and meeting the needs of our customers;
- Satisfying all applicable requirements and complying with relevant laws and regulations;
- Fostering good relationships with personnel and clients by effective communications with them, being accessible to all, transparent and open, timely and responsive and encouraging feedback;
- Implementing and continually improving our quality management system;
- Continual improvement of our processes to meet customers’ requirements;
- On-going staff training and development.
This will be achieved through quality objectives, process control, technology, personnel empowerment and management commitment.
All ISO Global personnel are required to work towards the fulfilment of the Quality Management System and senior management will regularly review the System in order to maintain its suitability and effectiveness.
